The fit my dog in several days before his appointment because I was worried about his itching. They are so kind and caring and really seem to be more about the pets and people than the money. 100% would recommend them.
They weren't very friendly and just gave off the wall answers to our questions instead of trying to find a real solution for our concerns. You could tell their answers were just to appease us so they wouldn't have to talk to us very long.
We were highly recommend by a family friend and though this hospital was an hour and a half away it was worth it!! Dr. Rutledge looked over the bloodwork that we had gotten from a previous visit to a different clinic and he literally ruled out EVERYTHIG the first vet had said could be wrong with her. On top of giving us an idea of what is really wrong, he and a couple of other staff members stayed passed closing(mostly due to a latter appointment and traffic) so we would leave fully understanding the next steps he thought we should do. He also told us he could do just about everything he thought we needed but the timing was bad. We did get a final say as well as getting our baby Maddie treatment in a hospital closer to our location. The point is his prediction was 100% right!!! He only looked over blood work and explained her and his diagnosis was treatable with quick surgery where as the first vet gave us a list of questionable diseases and problems. He lived up to our expectations and the staff here is AMAZING!*! These amazing people really care about your babies and take great pride in their care! I'm so happy we met you.
