Our church has worked with Triangle Insurance for over 9 years (with only 2 claims). We have been making our payments on time with no issues until February. After several calls (in which they told us we were covered with no interruptions) and an in office visit (which they said we were good). Only to leave and receive a call that we were in fact NOT insured.
In an effort to resolve the matter, we received an email (not a courtesy call) that we are not covered and would not offer a company to cover us.
